Diaper Rash in Baby

Abnormalities are most often found in infants is diaper rash, a type of dermatitis or skin irritation because sensitive skin or in a long time contact with urine, feces, or moist air because rarely changing diapers.

This condition makes the skin more susceptible to bacterial or fungal infection, Abnormalities in the diaper rash is a reddish rash like burnt to the skin is often covered diaper area is usually the buttocks.

Skin generally looks rough and scaly, this disorder is usually not contagious and will recover if treated within 72 hours except if baby have a fungal infection characterized by bright red skin accompanied by patches of with edges firmly, sometimes feels rough with small boils around the diaper-covered, crotch and groin.

To prevent it keep the skin of the buttocks, crotch and groin is always dry and change diapers as often as possible, try to keep the baby does not wear diapers for hours, avoid the use of tight clothing, sse a hypoallergenic soap for bathing the baby in order to reduce the incidence of skin irritation, avoid the use of baby wipes that contain alcohol.
