Skeletal system consists of bones, joints and cartilage. These three work together to form the body structure and support the entire body. Therefore as long as people doing the activity, bones continue to have the possibility of damage.

Bones have two characteristics, namely strength and bone density, which are both important in maintaining the function of bone and is strongly influenced by the amount of calcium in the body.

Bone growth reaches its peak in adolescence and continues until age 30 yeras old. Furthermore, the bones begin to degenerate into a thin, weak and fragile. This condition is called Osteoporosis.

Risk factors for osteoporosis include gender, age, race, genetic, or family history, lifestyle and diet.
